Hello!

I'm Lauren, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with nearly 5 years in the game. šŸŒ±šŸ’¼

I went vegan a decade ago & did it in the most unhealthy, limited way. This fueled disordered eating and bruised my relationship with food, body image, & physical activity.

Through that low point of my life, I continued with my education & diligently studied how to approach veganism, vegetarianism, & overall plant-based eating in a mindful & balanced way to promote health and longevity.

I also sought specialty education in disordered eating, as plant-based diets can often mask symptoms of it. Now, I'm trained in the Intuitive Eating process & can pass that info along to my clients.

I've worked in hospitals, private practice, and also out-patient cardiac rehab programs.

At cardiac rehab, I've expanded my knowledge greatly to be able to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to those with heart disease (or those trying to reduce their risks of heart disease).

Overall, Iā€™m passionate about providing accessible, culturally-sensitive, and life-changing nutrition education to all who seek it!
